Who I am
I’m a technical and creative hybrid: equally comfortable behind a video switcher, writing for choir or band, or analyzing bids and contracts to equip a team with the right tools.
Over three decades, I’ve led and supported production teams in live-event, worship, and educational environments. My background spans music education, full-time technical ministry, live video direction, and procurement for large-scale A/V systems.
I enjoy turning complex requirements into clear systems: coordinating volunteers, designing playback workflows, and selecting gear that serves the people actually using it week after week.
